Description
Effect of LTC4 in the absence and presence of mepyramine and absence and presence of montelukast on antigen-sensitised (allergic) guinea pig airways. Guinea pigs have been sensitised to allergens by immunisation with ovalbumin given 21 days prior to the experiment (allergic guinea pigs). Trace shows effects on airway resistance and compliance and blood pressure. Flash Interaction.
