This animation allows the user to select an agonist from a list (acetylcholine; carbachol; methacholine; nicotine) and view effects of these drugs administered alone to Langendorff heart or in the presence of antagonists, chosen from a list (atropine; amitryptaline; hexamethonium) or potentiator (neostigmine).
