Measuring contractions: 2 – Measuring net contractions

Description

For each drug experiment, you will first need to measure the baseline contractions before the drug was added. Highlight this area, and make a note of the value. Next, highlight the area that spans from just before the drug was added, to where the contraction reaches a plateau. Now subtract the baseline value from this new value to obtain the net contraction caused by the drug.
